An Illuminating Beginning

Every story has a beginning, middle, and end just as the sun rises, shines through the day, and sets each night. For us, our beginning was inspired by the desires of other families wanting more for the children in our communities. Through conversations filled with reminders that what was at the core of our own hearts, was also at the core of others, and we knew just how to meet that demand.

Renewed Horizon started out of our home in 2019 and fully launched in January of 2020. Starting during prime pandemic time created uncertainty, but our families filled us with strong hope we were going to weather the storm. Built on the core belief that every child deserves a future filled with hope, love, and opportunity, our path was ignited, and we have continued to tread forward persevering and thriving.

Our mission is to be a guiding light—illuminating paths with compassion, dedication, and unwavering support. By working with each family, we aim to create a safe space where foster families become the lanterns guiding children toward brighter, hope-filled futures. Renewed Horizon families serve as the first light, casting warm hope into the lives of vulnerable children. We understand that every sunrise symbolizes a new beginning: a fresh start where children can feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow. We recognized that sometimes, the day must end with a sunset—a moment to reflect, nurture, and prepare for the promise of tomorrow. Sunset reminds us to celebrate progress, acknowledge challenges, and renew our commitment to illuminating each child's unique journey.

To potential foster parents, we invite you to join us in this meaningful journey. Together, we can continue to build a foundation rooted in kindness, hope, and the vision of a world where every child’s future shines as brightly as a sunrise.

Join us in illuminating the way—because every sunrise signifies a new beginning, and every

sunset paves the way for a brighter tomorrow.
